Question for Banks Idash users

I'm using the basic Banks Idash with my new 2023 truck. All previous trucks I used the Edge Monitor. Only thing I use them for is to monitor active regens. Today my truck did an active regen once my trigger percent got to 100% as usual. Only weird thing is , my regen status stayed " OFF" and never said " ACT". Percent went to 0% on truck screen and trigger went to zero so I knew it was active. Has anyone else's Idash been glitchy? I Don't think it was passive regen, I wasn't towing or working it hard enough. ANyone else's idash a little glitchy? THanks!

never had that issue. try to see if there are updates.

If it happens again I would be with tech support.

I mean it does still serve its purpose, when trigger (DPF RG) gets to 100 it always does a regen. As soon as it got to 100% the percent on the truck screen started going down so I know the truck is all good. LOL Another fun observation is the Filter percentage on my truck screen has never ever got over 55%. I guess I have used it hard enough for lots of passive regens.

Best guess is the BID (PID) has changed from previous to the 23.

It did the regen because it was set to do it regardless at a certain interval

yep I understand that . It just normally says “ACT” active on the idash but this time it said off the entire time . No big deal , will see what it does on the next one . Thanks !

I have not had this issue but another thing I monitor is egt 1 and 4. I don't tow so I run about 5 to 600 normally. Active regens increase these to 12 to 1300. You can set a monitor on these to alert once a threshold is met. The soot load on the i dash and the truck differ wildly on mine.
