I'm in the same boat. Nothing in the manual. Nothing in the settings. Nothing on the internet that works (that I've found anyway) If anybody knows this secret, I'd love for them to share!

Were your previous trucks Super Duty's? Looking in my 2019 OM and the '23 OM, it only mentions the ability to turn off autounlock. There is no indication that autolock can be disabled. (it's possible they just didn't include the wording)
Pretty sure it's there, but honestly it is a feature that I really enjoy having. I don't have to worry about locking the doors while I'm driving down the road, giving me a firm peace of mind that to get in, someone has to damage my vehicle instead of just opening the door.
It only locks over I think 15mph, and if you have the unlock set up properly all doors unlock when you pull the driver's (or I think passenger as well) door handle from the inside.
FWIW, I was raised on manual locks and windows, and we ALWAYS locked all the doors by hand before we would take off. Dad and Mom made sure to drill that into all of us.

Just received a 450 cc at work and the owner's manual says to go to settings screen but it doesn't exist. At a loss as to how to turn them off.
I turned them off on my ‘22. But on my ‘23 I I don’t think you can shut auto lock off. It’s a PITA. I guess too many kids must be opening the doors and jumping out of the truck while it’s moving so we need auto locks to keep us all safe.

This may be right. I took a quick look in the '24 manual and it describes the functionality of AUTOLOCK but does not include instructions on how to turn it on and off. Only how to turn on/off AUTOUNLOCK and MISLOCK.

I believe Autolock feature isn't so much for child safety, there is the child safety lock switch on the side of the door for that, but I think it is to stop carjackers from jumping in your truck while at a stop light or some such.
I know this is digging up an old thread but I came here looking for answers before I had figured it out. I was able to add the toggle to turn off auto locks on my 2025 f350 via forscan if anyone is still interested in getting it disabled.

Three, five, seven does that trick for me..........

I'd be interested in knowing how you disabled autolock in Forscan. I worked with it last night on my '24 F350 and changed tire pressure settings and one or two other things...didn't see the option for disabling autolock though.
