Jack Points

2001 F250 Super Duty, 10 cylinder, Twin I-Beam Suspension.

I need to jack up both tires off the ground at the same time so I can do some maintenance (R&R) on my ram assist.
My frame is 36 inches off the ground, and I don’t have a jack that tall.
Can I use the points I drew arrows on to put jack stands under?
Or is there a trick I don’t know about? <<<<This is 100% true.
My question is where do I put my jack stands to raise both tires off the ground at the same time if the frame is 36 inches off the ground?
I truly appreciate the assistance I have received thus far.

That's exactly the photo I needed. Thank you.
I was/am concerned about what kind of stress this puts on the pivot gaskets on the other side of the I-beams.
It's not like we have much of a choice to where we put the stands for both tires off the ground.
I'm going to do that. I'll post a photo.
Thank you so much.

This brings back TTB nightmares......but yeah, just out by the knuckles wherever you can make it work. Try to place jackstands as far outboard as possible for safety, so if you must jack a little further in to allow room to place a jackstand, try for that.

The worst was installing TTB lifts with ERA's.....you'd need to place the jackstands WAY back on the framerails and with something short like a Bronco it would almost want to nose dive off the stands.

Anyway, just take your time, be safe and don't be afraid to re-do your setup even if it takes extra time. You can even place some cribbing or your tires to be redundant so if it does fall it doesn't completely pancake you.

The OP's situation is unique, as not many 2WD trucks are lifted, much less need to be raised 3 feet off the ground.

But the photo below is posted for the record, and for the benefit of future searchers looking to simply raise and support their Twin I Beam front suspension.

Those pins!

I never ever saw them until you pointed them out!
I measured 21.5mm with my calipers adjusting for grime and welding spots I would say 20mm .79inch to .85 inch in diameter.
They look reinforced with welds (Photos) but I’m not sure if they are supposed to support the whole truck. But at eh very least it gives me a lot of confidence that as long as I stay outside of the pins the lift won’t harm the gaskets inside.
My plan now is to jack it outside the pins and put the jack stands right under the pins using the I-beam.
I feel so much better now. Thank you for your research.

These 6 ton jack stands are stout and IIRC I had clearance issues trying to land on those pins behind the sway bar. I do use them for the factory supplied jack when jacking up one side. I felt comfortable placing them under the pins in this fashion having a solid purchase on the base of each beam. WWR is right on with the advice to take your time, rejack to reposition as needed. Good luck!

Somebody chose to anchor the sway bar off those pins. That seems......kinda hokey. This entire front end has Cletus stamped all over it
