base no sync to sync 3 f350
I have a base model truck without sync. I am hoping to add sync 3 to it.
All of the harness I see are sync 1 or 2 to 3. I know it can be done because a couple of the swap package companies offer a set specifically for the non sync vehicles.
I have forscan, sync 3 apim, replacement bezel.
I need to source the screen, harness, and all of the misc. items.
Do I need things like the mic if I do not care to use it?
My apim is non nav., I have read that I still need the nav antenna. Is this true?
Does anyone know what harness I can use? Or maybe what plugs and pins I can buy to make my own?
