Towing lights issue

I bought a 2007 F250 in December. 7 way socket was dead. Had a local shop replace it when they were doing other front end work that I knew was needed and saw that lights were working, but can’t remember if I looked at all lights or just saw the markers working and was good with it. I hooked up to my camper to move it to cut the grass it was parked on and the Right Turn/Stop lamp is constantly on no matter if brakes depressed or turn signal on. I’ve tried swapping trl turn relays, pulled all 7 way fuses and nothing changes. Lamp stays solid. Hooked the trailer up to my 19 Ranger and lights work normally. I’m at a completely loss for where to start.

Seems local shop probably wired something wrong.

I believe There is a constant hot wire in the 7 way. possibly only with key on?

I think it is orange??
