The user e-mailed me privately and told me it was for a 1992.
You just remove the two screws on the headlight trim, and there are two nuts on the back of the turn signal lense that need to be removed, I believe they are 10mm. I had to remove the battery and move the coolant tank out of the way to gain access, but other users have said they were able to get to it w/o that procedure.
