CPS tach movement
Hey does anyone know if Forscan will still read your RPM’s if the CPS is bad?
I’ve got a crank no start, tach is moving very slightly & when connected to Forscan I can see my RPM’s.
I’ve already gone down a rabbit hole checking other things so I’m just now seeing if I overlooked the CPS.

it was showing 100 RPM’s. I put a new starter in and can audibly hear it cranking faster, but can’t get Forscan to connect again and read the RPM’s.

cranks good, almost 11V while cranking. Cleaned the terminals.
