Wrong box rust repair panels

Does anyone have a suggestion on where to find wrong box rear corner panels ? Ours are beyond repair . Rusted out and flattened out.

Wrong bed. The bed that Ford used on some pickups in the early sixties until they designed a stylish one to fit.
