Hi, I just bought a 94 150. Excited to be a part of this forum. At hwy speeds wind noise is so loud it sounds like driving a convertible 🤣 It’s coming from the windshield and driver’s window. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot this and the fix? Do I need weatherstripping around the door? It all looks good and closes well. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
Wait till it rains, you will be amazed to see water being pushed down the winshield at hwy speed, and of course the wipers float and don't do anything. Aerodynamics hadn't been invented yet when these trucks were designed so wind noise is just another "feature" of driving a classic vehicle.

Ha! Good point. I considered that but this is REALLY loud. I had a ‘92 in high school and it wasn’t this loud. Wondering if it’s not sealed or perhaps something else to buffer the noise.
Do you have an external sun visor?
mine does and where the mounting bolts attach have rusted the top of truck above windshield, yeah holes on top of truck, wind noise and rain gets in causing headliner to start falling too thought was a mouse up there. Hard to see holes too weird spot, well hidden

use tape on the driver door window perimeter sealing to find out if that is it. also determine if your door is making good contact on the seal all way around. and seal not collapsed (you can partially revive a worn seal with foam backer rod or similar stuff to stuff in the sealbut dont get carried away. they are cheap for new ones.)
Also, the 2nd seal on the door TOP that runs to the forward half of frame. is it there? pics?
Then , your windshield is probably not fully sealed. Ford Had issues on all these 90s trucks so they had issued a tsb where its says to use a clear sealant to fill voids and skips. check firewall for openings that are not covered proper.
CHeck under your carpet or vinyl for punctures.. i had one near my driver left foot resting spot. no idea what caused that. so you never know. cab, does it have insulation or headliner? carpet? Do you have a slider?
The other thing that happens is that the upper hinge gets overextended
and pulls away from the body, and then the door frame doesn't seal well.
Right by your left ear.

this was after bending the door back in a few places(NOT THE hinge) and I was able to reach the strip more as well as used foam backer rod in rhe bodydoo
