Tire clearance
I'm doing a bunch of work on my '87 F150 4x4 short bed. It currently has stock suspension with 31x10.50 tires on 8 inch rims. The front hangs about 3" lower than the rear so I want to level it. I plan on installing 2" lift springs in the front + 2" radius arm and axle drop brackets. I'd like to run a wider tire. Will a 33x12.50 on 10" rims clear without rubbing using this combination? Does anyone have pictures of this setup?

At full lock they will touch the radius arms at the back and maybe the bumper or front sway bar so you will lose a little turning radius. To combat this get rims with no more than 3.5-3.75" backspacing, that creates more room on the inside but requires more room on the outside, the bumper may need to be spaced out 1" or so... not a big deal. With the lift you probably won't need to trim fenders.

How about 32x11.50 on 10" rims? That's the other combination I was considering. I know a lot of people don't recommend mounting that size tire on a 10" rim because the bead grip won't be as secure but this truck is street driven only so it won't be a problem.
