I just bought and used the Lisle Angled Disconnect tool(PN 39400) to remove the fuel lines from my 1995 Ford Explorer fuel pump and it was a piece of cake. No fighting with undersized tools that just do not work(HARBOR FREIGHT) or the cheap tool sets at most auto parts stores.
A simple line up of the correct sized tool and push in and pull off the fuel line.. With no damage or mess. Yes, the kit costs about $25.00 or so out the door but it should work for most of the hard lines or connectors and most lines like for A/C, etc...
I hope that this helps.
