Well, thats what Rock Auto calls them at least. The outer weather-strip piece that sort of resembles a hockey stick is what I have just ordered , mine are cracked bad. just curious if anyone here has used the Fairchild F2005 and F2006 part # pieces and how the fit and quality was ?
I would not want it to scrape my windows. I always heard them called belt moldings. I don’t have any experience with Fairchild but I do with Precision brand. The belt molding/ window scrapers and door seals are good quality.
Thanks for the reply. I have seen Rock Auto use both window scraper and belt molding for part names. I went for the Fairchild pieces as they are less expensive. My truck is winter stored , so just gets rain and wash water on it now. I am actually going to have my body shop buddy install them for me to make sure they go on correct.
I put those on last year, better not perfect.
The clips that fit the door panels were a tiny bit different, and my door panels are broke where the clips go in.
Thanks guys, just waiting for Fed X to deliver them. They come with the whatever clips are required to install them ? The picture on the Rock auto website appears to show them as part of the structure.
Yes, should be part of the new part. I ended up taking my door panels of to remove and replace the outside ones, and also the inside ones. The outside ones were easier to install as the clips go on to the metal part of door, inside are on plastic door panels.

please update when you put them on, i'm needing a new set for my truck also.
It was tedious, but I drilled the inner & outer window felts/rubbers (whatever you want to call them) for 3 small round head sheet metal screws from my hardware collection.
No more depending on the tabs/clips which crumble & break much faster than the stock pieces ever thought about, regardless of who makes them.
