I sold the extra ones I had last year. I presume the ones you currently have are the ones where the whole seat pivots forward, yes? You might be able to upgrade to the later style, but the seating surface might be too high.

I found a nice set of '88 Bronco captains chairs with the console… am I correct in thinking they would bolt up into my '88 crew cab?

You would be Wrong.

Reg cab and crewcab have one floor pan

Supercab and bronco have another

In addition to what Brad said, even if you put new holes in the floor to make the Bronco seats/tracks fit, they would sit up too high - you'd need to stuff your legs under the steering wheel.

I just put 1989 bronco seats into my 1989 f150 and there is plenty of room for my buddy who is 6'3 to fit in it and drive. I just drilled all new holes for the seats.

'89 Bronco seats AND tracks into a '89 regular cab?

The pre-'91 Bronco seats are different from the '91+ Bronco/Supercab. I think the '87 - '90 seats fit "better" than the later ones, but they're still not a good solution.
