Ok, I'll give you the short version..... I caught the trailing end of the awning support on a beam in a parking structure today, and it will have to be repaired.
The trailer is a 2021 Transcend Xplr 245RL.........I will attempt to attach a photo of the damage, can anyone direct me to a parts break down of the awning, the best place to buy parts.......etc.
Sorry for that mishap. You will need to supply the model of the awning for us to help. There are RV junkyards, you might be able to find some parts there.

The awning is a Solera, 17' I am finding some info on the web, but I have't found where I can find ant part numbers yet. I've got an email out to trailer.com.
If you have a local independent RV repair shop they likely would be able to do this pretty easily without replacing the entire thing. I find dealerships aren't interested in anything aside from selling more and more parts with very little actual "service knowledge" involved.
