Hi I'm henry, I'm new here, I would like to hear your suggestion on which year of Ford F-150 are economical on fuel consumption. Thanks .

Many are. Depends on the engine more than the year.

Still depends on engine.

It further depends on what you are intending to do with the vehicle. In general they get a little better fuel economy as they get newer.
