2004 F350 p0455 evap code problems

2004 F350 p0455 evap code problems
Good Afternoon
I just recently bought a 2004 f350 5.4L gas and not long after driving it it threw a p0455 evap code. Ever since then, the truck makes a loud drum noise every couple seconds at idle and it shakes the truck. it is also causing me to sputter when I am accelerating and it certainly not at full power. I have looked up many of the easy solutions and I replaced the fuel cap just in case and even the canister purge valve and no luck. From what I can see there is not an ounce of fuel leaking out of anywhere. The only thing I noticed is to small nicks in the two hoses coming off the top of the fuel pump, no fuel is leaking out. Any ideas?????
