I need a pin out for the ecu in my 1983 f150 4wd 5.0l 302

The above was if you have a EECIV. If you have EECIII, here is a manual for a 1984 EECIII system.

I just answered your other question about the sensor on the crankshaft. You might have the EECIII. Look on the sticker on the radiator top. It should have info about your truck, and say EECIII if that is what it has.
