Are you a night person or a day person?

I am proud to be a vampire. I like it when the sun goes down. I had a job that needed a vampire for 21 years. When that ended I was not a happy camper. I don't like to hear an alarm clock going off. I like to stay up as long as I want and get up when I darn well feel like it.

After 10 years of daylight torture, I am back to working 4 to midnight. Ah, it is now 2am, nice. I may stay up to 3 am and get up at noon. What do you think?

Hm...

I haven't vote, I can't answer the question: "Are you a day person or a night person" with yes or no.

If "yes" means the "Day person" I would vote it 'cause I like the sun and the daylight

Yeah, how do we vote. But I'm a night owl. I like the dark and less people. Perfect for me. And winter is even better, more darkness. But I do enjoy light for some activities.

Mike, your a lot like me. I work 1pm-midnight. And now that were getting into winter I'll be at working plowing snow until 3 am sometimes. I love it. Not a single person at work. Just me in my loader. Its great.

I'm a night person by nature, but I'm required to be a day person for my children. But sometimes I push it a little and stay up until 1 am, go to bed, then get up at 6am to start a new day.

I like the first part of the day best and I guess that makes me a day person. Helps if you like to fish also.

For me, it depends on the time of year. In the warmer part of the year, I am a night person, up late wokring in the garage on some car or truck, but in the winter time I am a day person...here in AZ, day time in the winter is the perfect weather for working outside, only about maybe low 50's at coldest.

Retirement allows me to sleep whenever I like. I usually go to bed around 1:30 AM and get up around 8:00. For 16 years, I was on call 24/7 and would take the next plane to wherever the problem was - that will really mess up your sleep clock. I learned to catch naps on planes, in rental cars, break rooms and computer rooms. I usually worked until the problem was fixed, then crashed.

I'll have to vote a little of both. I work second shift, but then I work first one day of the week and then have a couple of days off where I am a day person. I forgot to vote. Oh well.

night time is the best, i burn like a cooked lobster in the sun, eyes don't like it either. every morning that i have to wake to the alarm clock i would rather sleep. the wife is a morning person she gets up and does a bunch of stuff, i don't know why she setts all of the clocks ahead at ununiform intervals, the alarm clock is 12 min. fast, kitchen 20 min., livingroom 17min. i tried to tell here that when the alarm goes off i'm not in the best shape to try to do a bunch of math to try and figure out if i can hit the snooze bar but she says i should just get up.

Yeah, I hate it when clocks are different. You are sitting there half awake trying to figure out which one is correct. We have clocks syncronized to a gps receiver at work becauce we need to do things within a second time period. Your wife is too practical, just get up?

I'm a night owl myself....hate to get up early unless it is for fishing or something great.....I usually stay up late regardless of what the next day brings...don't know if its just my clock or procrastination in its worst form.

im both in a way, i prefer day because thats when you can do everything, and be outside in the sun. i hate night because i cant see, and i cant tell if the car behind me is a cop or not. but on the other hand i like to stay up late, and then i get up somewhat early still. i dont need much sleep, which is wierd because i work so much. must be 'cause im still young
