Need help with tach wire

Hey everybody, I'm installing an OBC into a F450 and am having trouble finding a Tach lead. Its a 2001 model year with a PSD. I have tried pin 48 on the PCM but it didn't help. I have also looked for the CTO wires but can't find them anywhere. Also Pin 48 was an all white wire so I'm thinking that, that isn't right at all.
Please help I've been installing this thing all day and need to go home and go to bed

I believe it is white with pink stripe. I had to tap mine on the firewall side of the pcm.
