AC not working
I am confused on what my issue is.
My AC is blowing ambient air. I also noticed that my low pressure AC line is only cool to the touch at best.
I checked my pressures and both the low and high pressures are perfect. Any ideas?

If the pressures were "perfect", the system would be working.
Go back and re-do the pressure readings. Make certain the manifold valves are fully closed.
Report actual values along with ambient temp, not your opinion of them.
While you're at it, explicitly identify what you are working on and what climate control system is install.
