Growling/grinding

Hey there. 2014 F150 platinum eco boost. So recently i have noticed a slight growling/grinding coming from front end while coming out of a right hand turn and slow to average in town turning speeds. I can feel a slight vibration on the gas pedal when this occurs. Thought maybe wheel bearing so took it to shop. Shop says front end is solid so it has to be the passenger side 4wd actuator. Wanted $500 to replace it so i bought one for $100 and did it myself. Problem is it did not change a thing. Any other suggestions. Thanks!!!

did you check operation of the vacuum system and the LEFT side actuator ? Actuator is vacuum operated. Does not mean the actuator is bad.

So yeah. The vacuum seems to be working fine in both sides. Have not done anything with left side actuator yet until i can afford to buy another one to replace it. I noticed that now its not as prominant and really only seems to be doing it when its cold out.
