2000 excursion won’t start
I’ve got a 2000 excursion that won’t start at all. Just recently bought it from a guy and he was jumping it off with a screw driver to crank it. Told me that the ignition switch (little white box under steering column) needed to be replaced I replaced that and the battery and it started up and ran fine for two days. Than it rained and rain got in from the windshield and hasn’t started since. Already sealed up windshield. Any ideas on what needs to be replaced? When turning the key nothing comes on at all. No clicks no nothing.

The water intrusion from the rain probably got on the fuse box and caused corrosion. I would start by attempting to dry it out and then cleaning the terminals, there is a possibility that you might have to replace it but cleaning it is a good place to start. Good luck.
