I ordered my F350 on November 9th. I went to the dealer yesterday and found out that the price went up of course. And that my priority code went from 19 to 10. Does this mean anything?

Short answer: No
Long answer: Probably not as far as you are concerned. Priority is a dealership thing. Soon you will be a Priority 2 with untold thousands of others. Any price increases since you ordered your truck should not affect you.

Here's what I found regarding the price increase back in December from Blue Oval Forums. I'm not sure if this means the invoice date on the bottom of the window sticker had to be prior to 12/8 to avoid the increase or whether you had to have signed paperwork with the dealer confirming your order.
The price should have been locked in when you made the order, I ordered mine on 12/6 and I was locked into that pricing before the increase took effect. I’d get a copy of you paperwork and talk to the sales manager at the dealership.
I would care more how many super duty allocations my dealer gets each month versus caring about my priority code. I would also be curious how many super duty orders are ahead of you at that dealer.

Retail orders earn extra allocation, if the dealer followed the COVP rules. Allocation affects only stock orders now.

When the dealer submits a retail order they can apply a priority code of 10 to 19, inclusive, with 10 being the best. If the dealer doesn't make a change, new orders default to 19. Your dealer has moved you to the best priority code available to the dealer. However, this also depends on how many other SD's the dealer has at 10, or at lower priorities, which can only be assigned by Ford Regional..
When you ordered, the build sheet should include a price code. Provided you haven't made significant changes, such as trim level or model, you are price protected to the prices in effect at the time of order. While your window sticker will show the new prices, the dealer claims a rebate from Ford.

If you have followed the Granger 2% off thread, then your statement isn't matching reality. Dealers still have to manage their order book & factory allocations. COVP seems to be a unicorn.

This is a little less than we would have anticipated and should take us through Mid-September orders if everything schedules in exact chronological order (we know that isn't always the case). I would imagine this production run was a little lighter because it is on the backside of the holiday schedule, but the overall vibe I received from a conference call about Super Duty availability wasn't as optimistic as I had seen in the past. With that being said, our 4-6 month estimate may be pushed to 6-8 months on orders depending on how this progresses. If we consistently get the 70+ allocation like we did last cycle that should allow us to catch up and we're doing everything we can to make sure its maximized on our end.
We should start to see more VINS assigned on Thursday this week (1/13). and we should get our next allocation numbers in a little under 4 weeks.
