87 F-150 5.0 to 390?

Just a quick ? for you all. I've got an 87 w/the 5.0 and the C-6 4x4. Is there an easy way and preferably a kit to drop in a 390. I've got one just sitting in the garage waiting to be put to use. Got the C-6 to go behind it also. Would be a 2 wheel drive till I found a way to mount a transfer case to it. More than likely a divorced transfer case. Ideas, comments greatly appreciated.

it wouldn't be any harder than any other engine swap, it might be illegal, but it wouldn't be hard. BTW-- I used to own a 1980 F100 that I took the straight six out of and swaped in a 1948 ford flathead.
