Trainload appears to be vet level. Is it possible it has one bought when I bought it. Enclosing pics of front and rear. I did already add new Bilstein
shocks and stabilizer since I took these pictures.

Reason: Typo on wording
Looks like the stock F250 FX4 suspension with the factory 2" blocks in the rear and no leveling kit in the front.
From the factory, those F250's (especially the 6.2) sits very level.
For reference, here is a picture of mine. It's a '16 F250 FX4. The only suspension change made was changing the "Rancho" shocks to the Bilstein 5100's.
