I'm going to throw a new set of plugs at it this weekend even though the current plugs only have 20K on them, maybe one or more are bad. After that I don't know.
Update. I installed new coil packs and the problem is worse. At slow acceleration the truck hesitates at other times under a load when stopped the engine speeds up. While sometimes stopped and shifting from forward to reverse the engine drops to around 350 RPM than dies. I used Excel coil packs.
The truck ran worse when I picked it up from the dealer after the fuel pump replacement then it did when I dropped it off, again after the seals were replaced, and again after I replaced the coil packs. The common element is that the battery cable was disconnected for an extended length of time during each repair. Over the next few days after each repair the engine performance improved. Currently, for example, the truck doesn't hesitated during light acceleration or want to die, my only problems now are low idle RPM and a vibration that no one can explain.
I replaced the injectors this weekend and found oil in the electrical connection on four of the injectors. After replacing the injectors I drove the truck and the engine had more power under hard acceleration but no change at low acceleration. I than disconnected the battery and reconnected to clear any codes now the truck doesn't want to idle and surges.

Can you elaborate a bit? I take that to mean that there's an external oil leak that somehow made its way into those connectors, which seems unlikely.
Bass,
I pulled the white connector away from the injector and saw a shinning substance in the injector housing than looked at the plug and saw it was covered in oil. I used electrical contact cleaner to clean up the plugs before reinstalling. This occurred on four of the injectors three on one side one on the other the rest were clean. I still have the old injectors so I'll post a pic soon. None of the injectors were cracked so the oil had to come up from the engine.
