I was carefully scraping away from coolant holes. That was not the best way. Some said to use shaving cream.

Sometimes it happens that you cannot be sure that an injector is the cause of the issue. Here in Germany there is no company that can test HEUI injectors. I am trying to build a setup where I can at least see if an injector on the oil side has a leak. Oil leaks are not always easy to find.

Dang, amazing work. I thought I was ingenious for using a long 1/2" extension with a deep socket on the end to slip over the ratchet handle I was using to rotate the belt tensioners to provide more leverage and access. I hope you can pass all your labor costs for that machine work on to your customers.

I was struggling again with a non-magnetic IPR valve screen that was difficult to get out of the HPOP.
I don't know why the screens have different magnetic intensities.
On the early 6.0s with the rear bridge on the intake manifold, this is often a very time intensive job.
I have now built this tool.
