KF4EYR ... I would suggest that you describe your trucks symptoms. The OP had a pile of stuff going wrong, and I have yet to hear what yours does exactly. Does the speedo go whacko? The OD light flash? The CEL & ABS doing their thing?
Given the information at hand, I would not suggest anything as a solution. Your problem may parallel the OP, but it would work better if you provide a good complete description of your situation.
I would not jump to replacing the speed sensor with the little information at hand.

He said in post six that he had replaced the rear differential mounted abs speed sensor & later in post seven said that the speed-o was still intermittently acting out, so if he gets the computer re-programmed for the correct tire size & his replacement speed sensor was ok, its connections are good & it still acts out, it sorta sounds like he might have a wiring problem between the sensor & computer.

You need to make sure the computer knows what size tires are on the vehicle, so has it been re-programmed to the size tires on the vehicle now????

I don't know beans for sure, but thought that speedo's could be reprogrammed with a number that calibrated them to the final drive ration and tire size. They were limited to a fixed number of reprograms. I'd check with the dealer, as I think they would be the ones with the ability to perform the 'magic'.

UPDATE,,,,, drove out about 30 miles and back didnt cure the problem,, so crawled under and there is 2 plugs right behind the gas tank up against the frame, connected to a plastic piece that was broke off from frame. took the mount off and repaired it, then pulled plugs apart and there was a copper colored grease inside the contacts i used some wd40 to clean up the pins and shot some in the holes, reassemblied it all. plugging and unplugging it a few times. well drove it out this time about 5 miles all came back to life, speedo , ododmeter, od light stopped flashing and tranny is shifting ok now real smooth,,,,,, consider this fixxed!!!!! thanks all who helpped

also after rereading my last post i forgot to add that i had to clear the codes that had come up. it was just one code 0500 which is the sensor on the rear axle.

Sounds like those electrical connections were corroded & if so would corrupt the rear ABS speed sensors PID signal to the computer about what the rear wheels were doing & the computer uses that signal to help it do a lot of things. Like when to shift the tranny, activate/modulate the rear ABS, operate the cruise control & speed-o, so if the rear speed sensors PID is missing, or corrupt, it can cause all sorts of mischief!!!!

Now that you have the connector cleaned out, you need to apply some good quality GE, Dow Corning, Permatex/Loctite di-electric grease inside that connector, make sure its rubber seals are clean & undamaged, to keep mischief causing moisture out of the connectors contacts, or the problem will likely return!!!!

Not familiar with it, but if it says mfg in the USA, its probably made by one of the above & is likely of high quality & ok, as this isn't a high voltage application, just a harsh enviorment one. Try it & see how it goes, likely better than nothing. The trouble code & green look you described, got my attention, as it sorta suggested the connector, or its seal may have been damaged & moisture or salt had gotten in & corroded things, as cleaning the connector seemed to fix the problem & trouble code, so closely inspect the connector case & seal when you have it apart, before packing it with the silicone grease & let us know what you find & how it goes.
