Flathead acorn stud covers
Just received my acorn covers for my stud/nuts on my flathead heads. They are bit loose. How do I affix them so they won’t come off. I have thought of a few ways but given heat given off I don’t think any of my ideas would work.

A little dab of clear silicone on one of the inside flats should be enough to hold it in place, but not so much that you can never get it off again.

Silicone. Not a problem with engine heat.
