Water pump thread size?

Water pump thread size?
I searched and didn't find any relevant results but I can't be the first one to have asked this....
Looking to buy a new wp for our '08 5.4. RA seems to indicate "hearts" next to all the 30mm threaded units, but the only Motorcraft they carry is 36mm
I measured the old pump from an '03 4.6 which is still sitting on my shop floor and it was 30mm, but I'm not sure an '03 4.6 2V is a great reference for an '08 5.4 3V LOL
Do I just need to pull my fan clutch and verify I guess?? Seems like a PITA just to order a wp....
