Rough idle and surging
1999 7.3 with a rough idle. Also surges when I let off the throttle coming to a stop sign. Sounds like A hot rod with a big cam. I have stage one injectors from full force diesel single shots replace the IPR twice cam sensor twice new injector driver new PCM checked and rechecked all O-rings on all injectors buzz tested my injectors checked wiring harness, then changed the wiring harness. Replaced they under the valve cover wiring harnesses. Replace the ICP twice unplugging it makes no difference new exhaust back pressure tube and sensor new map sensor and still runs terrible. Had 1023 diesel tunes now have power hungry tunes. Anyone have any suggestions ? also forgot to add that it falls on its face when I turn a bigger tune on than say a tow tune or a Econ tune. Getting 70 psi at idle for fuel pressure.
