Ive got a 2004 f150 with 4.6 with 130000 plus miles. It has set for a year and now and it will not crank yes we put in a new battery. I don't know much about this truck as i just got it this weekend. The guy i got it from said it ran rough when he parked it. So know I'm looking for some advise. So.... it will not crank the fuel gauge is 180 from half the PATS light up on the dash board just flashes when you try to start it. the odometer does not show any thing. The blower fan will not turn on. it does make some clicking noise in the engine bay when you turn the key on. It had an aftermarket remote start on it that we took out thinking that could have caused some of the problems. We put every thing back to normal after taking it out. I think i got every thing that it's doing. I did for get this. i was able to pull some codes B1681 B2103 if that will help.

b1681PATS Receiver Module Signal Not Received
B2103 - Antenna Not Connected
Clearly your pats system in trouble ,is your light flashing fast when you try .
Sounds like your PCM is not powering up. Focus on that first since a non-powered PCM will make it look like you have a PATS problem and cause a LOT of wasted time, effort, and money.
Make sure your battery is actually fully charged. Just because it's new doesn't mean it's ready for use.
