it all depends. is it manual or automatic? if its manual yes you will have to pull the wheel. if auto all you have to do is turn the ignition(using keys) and use a nail or something small to push the "button" under it. it shpuld be just a little hole on the bottom of the ignition. manual is just the same except the hole is inside. hope this helps
