Roaring When Braking Occasionally
The front left on my 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty is getting some roaring metal to metal sound when braking. I can feel it under my feet. Brake pads are new, hub assembly is new, outer tie rod is new, brake caliper is new. Could this be the rotor? It's really the only thing that hasn't been replaced recently. It doesn't happen every time I brake. Any ideas?

Did you do all that your self or did you have it done? I would check the caliper bolts and everything for that matter if you had the work done by a shop or a dealer. Some places are notorious for not tightening nuts and bolts when reassembling parts.

Ended up being left rear caliper. Put everything back on new... now I have scrubbing when the tire barely turns. Other rear tire turns fine when jacked up in neutral. Here's a video if that helps? Thanks

Are your rotors new? If not, did you have them turned? It's always a good idea to turn your old rotors just to break any glaze or smooth out any warp, much cheaper than buying new rotors. It sounds like you might have a slight warp in your rotor (that's assuming you aren't using shims).
