Is there anywhere to redeem points for accessories online and have them shipped home? The app says redeem but then when I go to checkout it asks for a credit card
No online redemption. The purpose of the program is to get you to use Ford services. You can use points for accessories, but Ford won’t make that easy to do.
Can't do it online. You go to the service department and order what you want. They put it in the computer along with your PASS info and the order goes over to the parts department. The parts department pulls the part and runs it back over and gives it to the service department who then gives it to you.

It must be invoiced a a service visit. I call my local dealer parts department, order the parts and when it arrives I need to go to my service writer to get the paper. He prints out a service invoice.
If you think that’s crazy, I needed a special 12v AGM battery for my Lexus hybrid. Lexus wanted $450. I looked online and found the part number was a Toyota number. Local Toyota dealer showed it as $225 online. I called their parts department and they said they had one in stock and it was $379. WHAT, your web site shows $225. He said order it online and Toyota will ship one to t hem the next day and I could pick it up at their dealership. So I ordered online and 30 minutes later I got an email to come pick it up for $225. Amazing from $450 to $225.
I recently bought a tailgate damper with my points. Should have bought a ticket to the circus. Parts and service departments at my selling dealer bounced me back & forth and no one seemed to have a clue about how to redeem these points. Maybe that's how Ford wants it to discourage using the points.
On the other hand, I've used them at another dealer that's closer to home for "The Works" service and it didn't seem to be a problem.
Can't do it on-line, but you can order them over the phone and have them shipped. I just ordered a few items from Fairway Ford which is where I normally order on-line from. You need to call (I usually speak with Nate) and you won't get the on-line price for the parts. Points redemption is list price, but Nate did give free shipping. No fuss, no muss, and Nate knew exactly what to do. All he needs is the email address associated with the FordPass account. That's it.

Good to know. I've dealt with Fairway in the past for various things and have always been treated very well. I guess my question would be where do you find a catalog or source to order along with the corresponding part numbers? I ordered my tailgate damper from a catalog at the dealer while I was waiting for them to replace a headlight assembly.

https://parts.ford.com is a good start to find the part numbers, as well as the interesting threads on this forum. 99% of the items I've purchased for my truck have come from ideas on this forum. On the Ford parts site, search by VIN and select accessories to look for add-ons.
