78-79 Steering?
I have a 78 F-150, I am installing a 4in lift. I got the drop pitman arm and realized it wont work? I have the older style steering configuration 73-77style? My pitman arm has the tie rod end on it and the drop just has the hole? I dont see anything online to make it work? If i could find the new style 78-79 is that a direct swap? Thanks

I would fab a steering with stuff from ruffstuffspecialties.com or Barnes 4wd or run 78-79.
Youl need to match track bar to drag link no matter what you do, since you used a dropped pitman arm.
Both drank link and track bar need to be parralell to eachother
