just want to say thanks for all the info I’ve learned here
curious to see if someone can help me out here, the heat on the 2005 f350 only works when I put it up to the max blower setting, anything below that and I don’t feel anything
it has the automatic climate controls (not the manual dial guage)
any tips on where to start with this diagnosis would be appreciated
Are you saying you only feel air movement if the blower is on high?
Or there is no heat at the vents (ambient air temp, fan works normally), until the blower is on high, then warm air comes from the vents?

Good morning, there is almost no movement until the blower is set to high
thanks, I hope it is such a simple fix for me, but I believe the blower motor resistor is specific to the manual controls, correct? I have the auto / electronic control
I would think the blower resistors wouldn’t care if it was manual or automated inputs. But you could remove the resistors and look to see any obvious defects and that wouldn’t cost anything before buying a new one.

19785243[/url]]That's a classic symptom of a bad blower resistor. High speed is when the fan runs without the resistor, lower speeds it uses the resistor.
did some digging , for the auto climate control the part is called the blower motor control module , I have it and will install soon and report back , thanks again
