i have a 93 F150 extended cab 4x4 with a 5.0. i'm slowly adding products to get my 195 hp up to a respecable level around 230 without killing the gas mileage. Right now i've run 3inch exhaust with a FLowmaster delta 40 and high flow cat. I also installed a drop in k+n and built a custom ram air system and custom upper airbox cover( it looks like the BANKS 460 kit). That brings us up to my current headach i was foolish and bought a used set of MAC equal lenght from E-BAY they ended up needing 10 hours of work with the TIG welder. i'm seriously let down with the quality of MAC products. The next problem is MAC did not take into account any of the things Ford uses exhaust studs to suport Intake, dipstick etc. I can't use stock exhaust bolts due to the equal length twisty pipes and no clearance to tighten them. So has anyone else worked through this i'm looking for some ideas.

 

I was super impressed with the quality of the Bassani set I have now on my 96 351. Ebay can be a curse, as well as a blessing. You should check out www.proficientperformance.com . They have a pretty large selection. If you stick with JBA, Bassani, or Gibson, you shouldnt have any problems. You might also want to ask the guys in the 87-96 forum and the big bronco forum (same exact vehicle to the B pillar) to see what they are running.
