Delphi Fuel pumps any good?

Of course Ive heard of delphi parts for a long time but could not find much in the way of reviews for the pumps.
I am still searching for a Motorcraft fuel pump that doesnt cost more that my van is worth.....

I can't offer a referral Delphi pumps but can tell you that Bosch should be the manufacture of your original pump. I bought a Motorcraft PF-5 high pressure pump for my 88 (I don't think your van uses a frame mounter HP pump) and upon close inspection it was a Bosch made in the Czech Republic. I tried to trace down the Bosch number stamped on the pump but couldn't find it sold as an aftermarket part number.

This is your original part number.
BOSCH 0 580 453 418
Ford F6DU 9350-AA

Rock auto sells BOSCH 69548 for your van. I have no idea if Bosch sells different quality pumps or not. You can call them and ask.

When asking these sorts of questions please include WHAT you're working on. You've been here long enough to know that.

Find the correct Motorcraft part number and hit eBay or Amazon looking for that specific part.

Annaleigh is correct about Bosch being OEM. They very well might not be USA or German made today but assuming they're built to the higher Bosch standard they should have a good long life.

Delphi is a GM parts supplier, should be as reliable as a Motorcraft part.

I've used Delphi in my three vans. Not jobs I want to repeat soon. I've not had any issues but I don't put on many miles and try not to let the tank get below 1/4.
