Annual service?

So...I bought my '19 last Nov. Due to a slew of issues, the truck basically sat and now has 1700 miles on it. The "change oil" light came on yesterday. The local dealer wants to do a full service, stating the truck has been neglected. I think it's no different than the trucks on the lot and just needs to be checked. Your thoughts?

Dealer is trying to vacuum cash from your wallet. Just for fun, I would ask the dealer to list out the required services and price each one. I'm sure the other members of this forum will get a good chuckle when you share the list. Then go to another dealer if possible.

Its a diesel apparently and it turns on at 1 year regardless or miles/hours.
