I hope someone can help. I have the OEM CD/Cass Radio in my 98' Ranger XLT and my display started to dim out until finally it is missing all together. The radio is functional but I have no display Is this common and is there any repair I can do.
There is a mini bulb that lights the side of the l.c.d. screen. Once you pop the radio out a little you can find it and go to Radio Shack. (This isn't all radio's, but it's a lot of them). Thanks for listining.
