Looks like a 66 F100 std cab. It doesn't look like sand, could be crushed pumice stone. Why don't they make a full size truck that you can reach into the bed like that anymore?

These old trucks start riding pretty good when they are loaded like that. That must have been their go to test drive vehicle!

Heck, everything was "extra". Armrests. I think passenger side sun visors? Windshield washers. Single speed wipers, if you want 2 speeds, well that's extra. I think heaters were deleted on some models.
