In my quest to get a 5th wheeler started looking for F350 LBCC 4x4's with the diesel.
Wow, there just arent that many around where I live. Even worse if you toss out the black and white colors. Is this a regional thing or all over the states?

It's everywhere. I searched all over the US for a non white CCLB truck before deciding to order. The factory slowdown really decimated supply. Of course, now that the 2021 switch is imminent, that will reduce supply further
Yes, extremely low inventory everywhere. This also means the good deals have mostly dried up too.
Order banks for 2021 model is open, and dealers have pricing, but you're looking at late october at the earliest for delivery if you were to order this week.
I spec'd out and priced a 2021 Lariat yesterday, option pricing was the same as 2020, base price increased by $280.
Three new colors added, and I believe two went away, I wanted Silver Spruce but it was one that went away.
I went looking for a CCLB with the 7.3 with a long box and higher trim level and ended up having to order one. Also the local dealer lots look about 30% as full as they usually do.
When I was looking for a F250 CC 7.3 gas, there was exactly one in my town, an X-cab XL for $47k. They weren't budging on the prices at all on any Superduty. All of San Antonio showed zero in stock. I found a CC XL FX4 7.3 about an hour away in Boerne and went to look. It was the only 7.3 on the books, but an XLT with exactly what I wanted arrived that day and was in make ready. I bought it.
There were used trucks available, but most appeared to be oil field trucks bought at auction and were diesel. Not what I wanted and expensive too.
