Possible vapor lock

Thanks for all the suggestions guys i hadn't been able to check on here over the weekend. I was able to work on it some Saturday. I let it run and checked few things. I am thinking I am having carb issue. The reason I say that is i have a dual plane intake on it and while running it saturday to try to figure what was going on I was checking it for misfire and found I had 2 cylinders on each side that were not firing. Long story short, I am going to remove and clean the carb. I don't know if it is from sitting or what but I will keep updated on what else I come up with. Thank you all for your help so far.

So i was able to remove my carb and check, i had some trash in the driver side seat screen and it was not letting hardly any fuel into the driver side bowl. I finished building it last night, hopefully reinstall it soon and replace fuel pump and possibly the fuel lines. I am going to drain gas from tank just to make sure i dont have a bunch of trash or water in bottom of tank.
