Haven’t been on here since I bought my 85 F150, not the one I wrote this forum about. The time I lost hope with the 85 this forums is about, a man at the parts store told me about another 85 for sale, turns out it was down the road from my house! And she’s still my daily driver to this day! Straight 6, a single barrel carb, with a rebuilt manual transmission. Now I’m just slowly reading forums about fixing rust spots, the leaking cowl and back glass …. before it gets worse! She’s pretty solid but won’t be for long if not fixed! But I wanted to post on here and thank y’all for all the help and advice y’all gave when I was working on the old 85, some of the responses by people on other forums are so mean. I was lucky and had some really helpful people respond to my post! Thanks again guys! Changed the grill. Paint has a lot of oxidation and polishing and wax doesn’t last long but she’s perfect. And Headlight with these Daytime running lights
