Power windows not working

When you say motor comes on you can hear the motor working when you press the button but nothing?
You are going to need to pull the door apart and see if you can push up on the glass when working the button and see what happens.
If it starts to go up the teeth on the regulator are bad.

The truck sat up for about 4 years. I bought it and have it running now. The windows worked the first few times I tried them. The drivers door went down and would not come up but you can hear the motor running. I took the panel off and can easily pull the window up with my hands. I have a piece of wood propping it up until I can figure out how to fix it. The passenger side is starting to act the same way. It is slipping down when you try to raise it. Thanks for your help!

Power windows
There are some hard rubber pieces in the gear drive that deteriorate over time. NAPA and other auto stores have the repair kits. Remove the motors and when you take the covers off you will see what is wrong.
