Hazard lights not working

Replaced the turn signal relay, multifunction switch on the column on my 94 f250. The wipers, brights, and turn signals work, but the hazards do not. How do I fix it?

Replace fuse #13 in the dash fuse panel or/and replace the Hazard Flasher.

Where is the hazard flasher located? I had the dash apart, fixed block loose, I couldn’t find it for the life of me.

Manual says Behind LH side of I/P, on front of fuse panel.
I think it is saying behind the fuse panel. That would be the front of the dash fuse panel.

it is right behind your turn signal flasher, like its piggy backed onto turn signal, but it has own socket, going behind turn signal, you can feel it with your hand going form bottom, in same spot turn signal is
