Here is the pic of my modulator 5 ports. i have 1 rear brake line , 1 front right passenger side brake line, 1 front left driver brake line , and the 2 brake lines going to the master cylinder . I dont know which lines go where in this modulator i pulled it apart and forgot to document where they go

The 2 in line are for the master cylinder and the 3 in line are for the brakes on my rig. Good luck.

Glad to help. Make sure you check your fittings on the modulator and master cylinder. I had mine leak because I thought they were nice and tight, but I had to tighten them again after I had re-pressurized the system. It is nearly impossible with the airbox and canister in place.

I finally got it all back together and I used a piece of tubing into a plastic bottle (like a clear gatorade bottle) from the bleeder valve. Drill a hole in the cap so the tube fits tight into it. Break all the bleeders free then just a bit back tight so it is easy to do when the hose is attached.
I started with filling the master cylinder to the top, then went to the Passenger Rear and broke the bleeder free enough to drip and pumped the brake pedal to get a stream into the bottle, then tightened the bleeder. Then went to Driver Rear, then Passenger Front, then Driver Front. The sequence is furthest away to the shortest away from the master cylinder. Make sure a stream comes out from each brake to ensure no air in the system. I had no issues with a soft peddle or having to mess with the ABS module. I did this by myself as well, so it is very achievable alone.

Since there is no info on these brake systems anywhere, i hoping you will help me. I need to replace the rear brake line that runs the length of the frame on the driver's side. Does that line connect directly to the ABS? If not, where does it connect up front? Did you perform the job on a lift or on jacks?

No lift needed
