What is it?
Let me start with a little history about my truck. I purchased this beautiful 6.2L F350 SD with less than 27000 miles on it.
It was manufactured in 2010 and never left the plant until it was auctioned off in 12/2019 with less than 26000 miles on it to a dealership here in Texas. I'm assuming it was used as a work truck at the plant.
The dealership put a couple hundred miles on it before auctioning it off to a more local dealership where I found it. Inspecting the truck, I found a couple of things needing minor work, rear shocks, cab mounts. Nothing serious. I come across a few items that look foreign to the truck.

I know what the solar charger is but has anyone seen a set up like this?
There is no power going to the block behind the seat but it does contain few dozen wires, most of which has been cut.
I'll be removing the block to have a more level surface behind the seats for storage. Everything else will be left alone.
Just curious as to what all of this could be. Any ideas?

The rooftop electrical connection is similar to the one on my skidsteer to control implements (like the chute for my snowblower attachment)
no clue what they were using your truck for, but must’ve been something heavy duty.
Are there brackets at the front or back of the truck that would be used to hook up a piece of equipment?
