Intermittent hum
It’s hard to explain so here’s a video of the hum. I’ve read hundreds of posts, yet I can’t find anyone with the same issue.
It starts after 30-40 mins of driving in 2 wheel drive. If I flip the on the fly switch to 4WD the sound goes away.
it starts happening once I hit 2000-2300 rpm for long period. Also it doesn’t change pitch with speed.

Are your hubs locked? If not, with the tcase in 2Hi, jack the front of the truck up and spin the front wheels. See if the knuckle u-joints still spin along with the front wheels.Try this first and report back.
